It was nice to have new-fashioned rooms with single beds. Wonderfully friendly staff, respected our privacy.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and in good location close to other shops, restaurants and clubs, and a taxi to the city centre.
Location was terrible, it´s a pity.

It has lovely bedrooms and good functional bathroom. The place is just off other local attractions, the town centre and greenery from the window. Staff is always really helpful and efficient.

All in all had very very good experience during our visit.
The accommodation was comfortable and basic so close to Bristol city centre, places of interest, and authentic, multicultural city life.

The stay in the hotel was really comfortable. They provided us with all the facilities and utensils and other things that you may need while staying in a service apartment. Is an excellent place to stay if you are travelling with a family and a baby. My baby really enjoyed and had fun while we were in this hotel. Very clean and very comfortable.Good value for money. Would love to go and stay the next time.
Everything was very good in this hotel. I really liked my stay.

I liked the cleanliness and the facilities. It had everything I needed.
I did not like the location, Stapleton street is not a nice area, there was always a lot of noise during the night from the streets outside, It woke me up every night. I also did not feel safe outside the compound. Also they charge a extra 6 pounds for parking per night, which I feel should have been part of the daily rate. I would recommend it only if you want to go to places and back to the letting place. Area around this is bad.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this warm apartment. The location is great, as it's just off a bus stop to get into the centre of Bristol. The staff are amicable and accommodating. it was a wonderful experience. I would love to come back again. The apartment's proximity to the church and the convenience of a nearby bus stop made it a great location for exploring Bristol. The staff were friendly and made my stay very enjoyable.

Price two seperate bedrooms and came with enough utensils dishes pots and pans and many other conveniences of home.
The location is a big let down and unfortunately the area is not the secure plus the small brick fence that is out front makes a perfect sitting and gathering place for the locals at 22:30 to 23:00 which is right outside the bedrooms and can be rather loud
